Short Biography:
Chamith Jayasinghe is an Assistant Lecturer in Applied Mathematics with a strong passion for teaching and research. He holds a BSc Honours in Applied Mathematics and has experienced in facilitating courses in Mathematical Modeling, Statistics, and Programming. He conducts Advanced Excel training programs specialized for both corporate professionals and university students. His sessions focus on practical applications such as data visualization, pivot tables, automation with formulas, and Excel-based decision-making. His current interests lie in machine learning, numerical methods, and the intersection of Statistics and Computer science. He is also involved in student development activities and is committed to inspiring academic interest among undergraduates.
