A passionate academic attached to the School of Business at SLIIT City UNI with a strong interest in teaching and research in the field of business management. Holds a B.Sc. Business Administration (Special) Degree with First Class Honours from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura and is currently reading for an MBA at the Postgraduate Institute of Management (PIM), USJ.

Professionally qualified with the completion of Executive and Business Levels of Chartered Accountancy from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (ICASL) and is a Passed Finalist of the Association of Accounting Technicians of Sri Lanka (AAT). Also certified in teaching methodology, business analytics and Microsoft Excel for business applications.

Lectures in Business Economics, Marketing Management and Strategic Management with a student-centered approach that integrates theory and real-world application. Research interests include leadership, employee engagement and organisational behaviour with a focus on enhancing workplace performance and student learning outcomes.
